After 2 terrorist attacks in Istanbul, UEFA's decision about Galatasaray vs Juventus and Besiktas vs Chelsea to be played outside Turkey is nothing more than an encouring act to terrorism.
Shame on UEFA
PS: Chelsea Besiktas will beat you once again even if you escape to space.
