In VFP8 CTRL+Home & CTRL+End has this behavior with both Grid & Browse.
I'd recomend to create a class based in Form with a grid embebed, programtically do this behavior in the KeyPress method.

I didn't read carefully you mean Field, not Record, so ignore my first comment and do it in the second way, using BindEvents, sorry.
