Primarily it is for developers of FoxPro Systems that need to run 24 7, a small part will be set aside for the local Portland Oregon VFP and Database Developers group.

When a new provider request is submitted, he reviews it and simply makes sure it is a valid FoxPro source for news, then approves it. It usually is a day or so turn around not including holiday weekends. :)
