Can anyone please show me how to extract the data from Outlook Express into a vfp table?

If it's really the address book you want, as your message title says, you can Export from the OE Address book to CSV, I believe, and import to a table from there.

If it's really messages rather than addresses you want, you can Export to a PST and then you can attach the PST to Outlook. At that point you can use the MAPI object model to grab the contents of the PST (its folders and messages).
