Israeli case has no similarity. There is an ongoing war like affect there and it was Israeli government itself who requested the matches to be played outside.

PS: When everybody else was regretting to go to Israeli for matches Turkey accepted to go there.
Italian basketball team was in Istanbul last week when Juve and Chelsea requested to play outside.
