VS.NET architect add visio, and is a good drawing tool but not so good uml tool, and in this case get together or rational add more value, or for simply drawing exist best uml tools for free or more cheap. But when you get the profesional version get things that are not available in VS.NET. In the end is important to note that Borland products provide a diferent approach because ALM, so what tool chose is in consideration of the requeriments of the developers. My pointt is that for normal things like code classes, ASp.NET, winforms, multi-tier, etc... that its, the full scope of .NET, C#Builder personal is equal capable to any edition of VS.NET, but each product start to provide diferent things, like in vs.net multiple languages and C#Builder a ALM support and drivers for databases like Oracle, Db2, Interbase...
