Acho que o ussuario trocaría isto em alguna parte do Panel de Control (cores de Windows).
Se vocé quiser mais flexibilidade, é melhor usar um sustituto do WAIT WINDOW. Faça um formulario que aceita, como parámetros, o mensagem, timeout, etc.
