A command like
ThisForm.PgfPageFrame.Refresh(), or
ThisForm.Refresh() (which will in turn refresh the PageFrame) will only refresh the visible page. Pressumably, this is for performance reasons.
I suggest you refresh each page in the Page.Activate() Event.
