Thank you for your insight. We want to avoid "Ctrl+Tab" and "Ctrl+Shift+Tab" because they have yet another meaning. These key combinations also move focus out of a grid, forward or backward, to the next or previous control. These forms do have such grids.

I am not really satisfied with the hanging LostFocus inherent in my solution but it seems to work without any problem in these particular forms. Unless additional testing reveals some other issue I am going to be forced to call it good enough and move on.
