I got mmMessageBox to produce the localized messages now. However, I couldn't figure out how to enable localization for a form. I set .Windows.Form.Localizable to true but that didn't seem to do anything.

I used SQL Profiler to monitor the SQL calls, there was no call to the message table when the form initialize. Remember that mmMessageBox does work correctly so I believe I have to tables setup correctly.
