I'm still struggling with how inheritance works sometimes in .NET. I created a subclass of the MM business object. Then I took the windows forms jump start sample (C#) and changed it so that aBusinessObject inherits from my subclass, rather than directly from mmBusinessObject. Everything seems to recompile just fine except I can no longer see the mmBusinessStateChangeEventArgs object in the hook override methods of OrderDetail.cs, no matter what references and using statements I include. I either get a message telling me I am missing a reference or that there is "no suitable method found to override".

Obviously I'm still struggling with a basic concept here. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
