Hi Alex,
FWIW, we distribute them in the installation directory. Unless you put them there or in the [SystemFolder] then you aren't assured that your applicaton can find it using a search path. And it appears from your message that not all users will have admin rights when they install your app so that leaves one logical place, IMO.
