After many hours of hacking around and installing Windows 98 and Windows 2000 on fresh formatted drives - here is what I know right now.

MSgraph will not work on either Win98 of Win2000, with or without Office2000 installed.

MSgraph will work on Win98, with Office 97 installed and fails when Office 97 is uninstalled.

MSgraph will work on Win98 with Office 2000 installed, when that installation was done as an upgrade to Office97.
