1) Can you browse to the WSDL file from where you are trying to run the Web Service?
2) What listener are you using? If ISAPI, try also ASP to test.
3) When running the Generate WS Wizard, in the address for the wsdl, use the real ip address in the http section ( instead of localhost ). This one got me nuts the first one i published a web service...
