1)You are using the internal ip address, wich is not good. Regenerate with the ip address they see from outside.
2)I hope you just striped the end of the wsdl, since it should look something like
http://212.179.222.123/YourDir/YourWS.WSDL
Also, i think you will need to test this from outside not from your internal network.
