That's about the dumbest thing I've heard in a long time. We're just getting over sloppy, grid heavy interfaces developed by VFP wanna be hacks in the last part of the nineties. VFP, FP are all over the place. The market is not that bad - maybe the market for over intellectualizing suck-a developers who spend more time wining than programming is in decline. You're in the wrong market - you need to move to a market where customers don't pay to hear whiney techno-speak!

Tell me - please - what are you and JVP doing - that's so special - that makes any comments on "the VFP market" something we should pay attention to.

Are you guys selling talk and not solutions. ENRON development service - you guys may be your own best customers - being consistent doesn't mean your words or your reasons for your negative persistance are above being flawed - despite the obvious - they are wrong, unproductive not appreciated. You'd do better trying to convert a hardwood floor to a carpet!

Look it's a sad time out there for VFP developers and in this particular case Steve is telling people that all is well in the VFP market when we all know it is not.

Maybe for you and Dash Point - just because your market believes your efforts suck doesn't neccessarily translate to the way the market treats the rest of us. If you guys suck - just maybe it's not VFP's fault. Maybe it's genetic - maybe it's the dull light in your eyes when you talk to prospects!

What do you expect us to do with the perception you have? Do you think we care? The only time you pop on this board is to defend JVP's manic fits. I would be more interested in your relation with JVP than your rhetoric of mass distraction:-)

One thing you can say about john is that he is consistent.
That explains it - he and you - for sure - must be right. So the equation you're selling in this blog is:

Wow - I am saved! Glory be to the maker - JVP and Rodman have just won a convert - they're right - everything we all do on this board and others - SUCKS! Lets start a church some place. I can see it now - a JVP statue - hands outstretched to the hoards of VFP loosers. A statue of you, at his feet, a little cherub - with an engraved chart - showing a decline in VFP.

Get a life - it's not to late!
