Try to find out where your app picks up its VFP8Renu.dll. Obviously it is finding the wrong version.

Note: the search logic for runtime dlls (VFP8R.dll, VFP8T.dll) and resource dlls (VFP8Renu.dll, or whatever your language is) is different; for example, Fox will find the latter in the current directory but not the former.
