Is there a robust way to determine if Outlook is connected to Exchange? We have an app that talks to Outlook via Automation. Most of our users use Outlook in Internet Mail Only mode, but increasingly more are starting to use Outlook connected to Exchange Server. We need to be able to know which mode they are using.

Outlook 2003 has the ExchangeConnectionMode property in the NameSpace object; I haven't found anything analogous in earlier versions of Outlook. I'm currently checking for the presence of the Global Address List amongst the AddressLists collection, but am wondering if there is something better.
