Hello Michel.

This example works on a standalone NT4 with IIS3 and ASP2.

Open User manager.
Create a group call IIS Login or something.
Place the acount that you wish to log in with in that group.
Open Policies/User Rights.
Choose Logon locally and put the group you created here.

Give the created group the following rights:

C:\ RX
C:\WINNT RX
C:\WINNT\SYSTEM RX
C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32 RX
C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\INETSRV RX
C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\INETSRV\ASP RX

This should do the trick.
