Our definition of an "unused CD": A CD whose software is no longer installed on a computer. It becomes legal to reinstall it elsewhere and can therefore be transferred along with the CD case or certificate containing the original licence key. We will be giving these along with the computers on which they get installed.

>Would like to help, but what do you mean by "unused CD's?" I would like to help and have some licenses/manuals/CDs with the official MS hallographic logo stuff but the accompanying CD's are used. Not sure why someone would have unused OS CDs.
