My guess, Randy, is that you can't. Again, just guessing here, but I would think that the .NET framework needs to be installed on the "system" drive. If you have a machine with "D" as the "system" drive (the one with the %systemroot% folder on it), that the .NET framework would only install on the "D" drive.
