Hello. What are good ways to write out DBF other than Visual FoxPro itself?

Can other tools be used (such as SQL Server, VB, ASP, Script languages, etc)?
Do the ODBC and/or OLEDB drives for VFP allow writing out a DBF or are they read-only?

My company needs a re-write (based on a new design for an ASCII file input) of a small VFP application that I've maintained. I'm busy on a finance project and inactive as a VFP developer. I'm looking for recommendations to give as an alternative to doing the development myself.
