I sent an email to the hotel and asked about shuttle service to/from the strip and the airport. This is what they said:

Airport Service:

Limousine service 1-702-597-0400
Personal Sadam service 1-702-499-0019 Arrivals are $54.00 and Departures are $36.00.
Taxi is $36.00 from airport.

Complimentary shuttle to and from the Strip.

Full Casino connected to the hotel.
