Rick Strahl at west-wind.com uses Acrobat Distiller with his product (Web Connect). In the Help file he lists distiller, Active PDF Server and AmyUni as choices to use with his software to generate PDFs. He mentions license issues with Adobe but doesn't say what they are.

I just checked www.west-wind.com/wwthreads and did a search on distiller and found this link to a free PDFMaker that some are using with Web Connect http://64.152.50.10/vfpps2pdf/
