I just experienced the same compile error referred to in this thread.
Are you talking about entering the line of code in the VS Command Window? I tried and got an error sn is not a valid command. Maybe you can direct me to the command prompt.

Use

sn -k keyPair.snk

from the Visual Studio command prompt to create it.
