Hi everyone:

I have a peer to peer ethernet network connection, with two computer's having xp home and the third computer running ME. Everything functions great, but when I restart the computers, I need to do them in a specific order. The ME computer needs to be turned on first, and then the XP computers. Then the ME computer is logged into first once all computers reach the login screen, and then the XP computers need to be logged in afterwards. This works most of the time, but is time consuming in an office when I am turning on all of the computers (I have to keep walking back and forth between offices), and there are times when it doesn't work.

If I don't follow the above procedure, and sometimes when I do, when I try to connect to the ME computer from the XP computer, I get an error message saying that the network connection cannot be restored. However, I don't have any problems accessing the XP computer from the ME computer. If it doesn't work, I need to shut down all computers and then go through the procedure again.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks a lot.
