>So, according to you, making allegations without proof is OK. I disagree.

I figured you would.

>What have you proved? That posts were deleted. Given that the nature of the posts is unknown, it's a large stretch to infer unethical behaviour from that. No-one who knows of your animosity with Steven Black is going to accept a charge like that just on your say-so.

You are very pompous to assume that your acceptance is a requirement.

John, as I've said elsewhere in this thread, if you're going to be a lawyer I expect better. I'm disappointed, not to mention unconvinced.

Look...the allegation I made was censorship. There are people here who saw the material - Rod and Mike to name two. Have they commented my material was objectionable? No... I outlined the gist of what I wrote - and that should be good enough - especially when NOBODY has contradicted that. If you want to know what I wrote - then ask Steve - I really don't care. But please - do not presume to give me lessons on how to formulate an argument. For the record - I was not making an argument here. Rather, I was stating an opinoin on something that I found to be contradictory to the stated mission of the wiki. For the record, this sort of thing has gone on for a while - all under the guise of "refactoring". If anybody is biased here - it is likely you.

The bottom line - Steve made arguments that were not defensible. And as a result - instead of hitting counter arguments head on - he deleted them wholesale because in his mind - that is what he chose to do. Ironically, for a few days - he did have in-line replies. I responded to those and finally, he deleted everything. Hey - it's his toy - he can do what he wants. That said - I have the right to make a public pronouncement when you censors other points of view when the community allegedly owns and maintains the content.

Again - if it is THAT big of a deal to you - then I suggest you contact Steve yourself. I really don't care whether you think my methods are sound or not. I wanted to provoke a discussion - and that is exactly what happened. I would say the methods are sound enough...
