If you enter the following line of code( “STRTOFILE(program()+chr(13)chr(10),’c:\logjunk.txt’,1)” ) in each one of the methods on the form and data environment, you will see the sequence of how the form works and what event fires and when. “ After entering the line of code run the form and close the form. Then open up the “c:\logjunk.txt” file and see what fired and when. I use this line of code when debugging problem(s) in forms, or when I need to make sure I have programmed the operational sequencing correctly.
