When working with Outlook automation, I find that I can hook into the inbox and read a item's subject just fine but if I try to read the sender's name, I get the irritating MS message informing me that 'a program is trying to access the email.'

I was under the impression that the message only kicked in when you try to send mail. Is there any way via Outlook to find out who the sender is without the annoying message or do I have to go with Redemption or some such thing?

I'm just playing around with a little notification box that will pop up when new mail arrives in my inbox and tell me who sent it and what the subject is. (I know 2003 already has this but I'm working with 2002 and I'm doing it for the experience not so much the usability.)

Thanks for your help.
