A first-time user of this software.

I see a button tooltipped "Change project options" and its dialogue has a labeled "Font::" with a change button.

Using the Change button lets me change the setting BUT I see that ONLY the treeview is affected by this.

Any way to make a 'global' font change to the page content itself (all pages)?
