Overlap is the key word here. If you notice, of the 52 listings for FoxPro, only the top 10 or so are actually looking for a FoxPro developer. The rest just mention FoxPro as an additional skill.

If you look closer at things like JavaScript,Perl,Unix,Linux etc. more often than not those skills or OS are usually mentioned in the same breath. Which very often says something about the agency or potential employer. For example, I would be wary of an add that was looking for an ASP.NET with C# developer with knowledge of Windows and the Internet. ??
