VFP8.0 doesn't come with the setup wizard. It comes with a version of Installshield. Check tnat you have installed this when installing VFP8.0 I've just used this myself for the first time and though more complicated than the setup wizard does allow more options. If your setup requirements are simple then I think you'll find using Installshield simple as well.
