Does anyone know where I should turn to look for a senior VFP programmer with experience of Web Connection etc.? Is this an appropriate forum, or it is not considered proper? If not, where could I go?

As I am working out of Nigeria, I do not have any chance to find anyone in the local market. However, I am happy to take someone from anywhere in the world, if the qualifications are right.
