We want to stay away from ethernet cable connections because the systems will be further than 100 ft apart. We've heard that this can be done w/o a hub. We have connect the RJ45 cable to the 2 RJ45 blocks and have 10 base T cable running directly from the blocks to the systems. We have heard you have two reverse the wiring from within the blocks. Does this mean that if you have 1. solid orange, 2. striped orange, 3. solid blue, 4. striped blue that the other block would be 1. striped orange, 2. solid orange, 3. striped blue, 4. solid blue?

>Sorry, Dan. I don't know of any such web site. Good Luck.

Actually, if I remember the pin placements correctly, don't you need to just reverse wires 3 and 4 (the send and receive wires) , or is it different if the cable is bi-directional?
