Luis,
You only need to learn 3 objects that you can use in ASP or ASP.NET with ActiveVFP:
Request object - request variables from web forms
Response object - output to a web page
Session object - maintain state in a web app
It's really very simple. The best way to learn it is to try it out. Here are some other links:

The example with vfpscripting is very easy to follow and you can display results of a sql query of your data in your web page by simply making a few changes to the vfpscript html file. At least this is where I would start. The webappbuilder.app will set up most everything you will need once the program is installed such as virual directories etc. The examples are varied and rather easy to follow. Just don't name of the app and the direcory the same name.
