I don't know what tool this would be; but VFP 6 SP3 or later supports the COMPILE command. This means you can have a form with an EditBox, type some code in, save it to disk (StrToFile()), COMPILE it and DO it.

Refox is quite a different kind of tool: it un-compiles; that is, it recovers the soruce code from an executable.
