It is not very hard. Universities in Varna produce 1-2 per year. Only we just ought to catch them on time, train additionally a year and give them opportunity to work on big projects. We have 5 of them.
For 18 months this project will go to the hell. Described project could be done for 3-6 moths. But may be CDS have not qualified in ASP.Net, C#(We prefer C# instead of mentioned VB for web apps, which inter-operate with VFP) and VFP developers.
