I recently installed the latest version and I am unable to run either of the sample apps. I get an error message "An unhandled exception of type 'System.MissingMethodException' occurred in Unknown Module. Additional information: Method not found: Boolean OakLeaf.MM.Main.Windows.Forms.mmAppDesktop.get_DisplayLoginForm()."

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times in both my preferred directory and the default directory locations. Is there something missing in this download?
