to be honest for the project it was not a concern to the customer. the product is very cheap and very easy to use, including a desktop interface meaning that you can develop on you desktop without the handheld plugged in and then synch the info onto it. I did try c# in .net and xml for the same project, but anything at all to do with xml slowed the start up of the application to minutes instead of seconds.

>My concern with pocket access is security. I haven't looked into it yet, but I'm assuming it doesn't have the security features built into it that SQL CE would have. We are going to have pricing and cost information on these PDA's. I really don't want someone simply downloading my data from a stolen PDA and looking at our product pricing and cost.
