I am looking for any articles/whitepapers/books that will help us with a business requierment we have of allowing our users to customize the forms.

I have looked at/considered XSL, which would allow specifying the UI seperate from the data and having the UI built at runtime. The problem, this is way to complicated for an end user to do. (And I think writting an XSL screen editor is way to much).
