The 11PM call was interesting. My wife (Katy) picked up the phone and was greated with a voice asking her social security number, income and if we would like a credit card from a specific bank. His job was to get us to sign up for a credit card.

Katy asked for the persons name and he said it was "Richard", with a heavy accent. Katy asked where he was calling from and he said, "Mumbai, India". He was asked for a number to return his call and he gave an 800 number, which turned out to be the bank he said he represented, which is on the East Coast. We asked the bank about this and they said, "Yes we do our telemarketing from India"!

Like Jackie Gleason said, “How sweet it is”!
