On boot, I am getting the following erros in Server 2000, SP 4:
The routing and remote access service terminated with service specific error 2.
The next error in event viewer is
Unable to load c:\winnt\system32\iprtmgr.dll
and data:
0000: 02 .... (all 0's)

I strongly suspect this is the cause of assorted networking erorrs, but can't seem to get it to load .

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
