Its kinda hard to know what code u have, since u 'describe' your code but have not posted it..... but i had some folks who were running msword automation code troublefree for months until they updated their antivirus software (mcafee). If they disabled it, turned it off, or configured it to skip certain folders... it worked. Apparently mcafee was taking too long to scan the doc before giving it back to fox.
