Thanks for the reply. That is what I thought, but I was hoping that the Execscript would be able to search the app for the compiled version. I guess I'll have to try and find some other way around the execscript. There probably is no advantage to trying to write the itemclick code into a memo field, other than the fact that I was already there setting up my menus. If I move it to a method of the form or it's own prg, which as I think about it probably would be the way to go. That way I could reuse the code a lot easier.
