Oops - i see your response to others in the thread...

Next thing I would do is make sure the printer is being created on the problem workstations (when you're logged in as the user). You can either put a pause in the program to give the user time to look in their list of printers while it's active, or create a new test program that tries to create a printer of the SAME NAME and again give the user enough time to check the list of printers before destroying the printer instance.
