>The jpg you emailed me looked ok. But when I see the page on my IE, the vertical line that on your shot goes to the left of your picture, goes through your picture on my IE. Could be an issue with IE 6.0 but since there are so many web browsers, I would consider just taking out of the margine completely. If you want I can email you my screen shot.

Clear temp files
Make sure you have latest version of IE
Drop any 3rd party tools temporary to see if this has an effect so as Norton Internet Security, Zone Alarm Pro
Get the windowsupdate.com
Restart the PC
Try from another PC
