The problem with set("classlib") is that it returns only so many characters (I didn't count exactly). I have tons of libraries. Therefore, chances are the library would be declared but not showing in the set("classlib"). That's why I would like to find out how resolve the problem in the first place.
I think the issue is with SDT and I buy annual service contract from Stonefield so I should get the answer (I hope <g>). If not, I will follow your suggestion and place the question in the Stonefield section here on UT.
