WatchGuard VPN Mobile Users and NEC IP Soft Phone
Hi all,
I am not sure if this is the correct category for this question. This has nothing to do with FoxPro, but hopefully someone with experience with VPN can help me with this problem.
I have NEC dTerm20 soft phone installed on my notebook, and when I am in the office, I can dial from the notebook which is connected to LAN, everything works just like dialing from a physical phone. The purpose of this softphone is so I could connected to the office VPN, and call from office's phone line. But, when I am outside the office, I connect to the VPN without any problems, but the softphone wouldn't connect.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how/where to start troubleshooting this issue?
