Make sure you first click in the code window.

If that doesn't work, then make sure your wheel is set up to scroll in Control Panel, Mouse. If it's not an option, then you need a new driver for it.

Does the wheel work in anything?
I don't program in Access, but I use my scroll wheel all the time in VB and I would think that would be set up the same. So, I assume you should be a ble to.
