Are they using compression on the drive?. Can you swap the machine with another. It could be a hardware issue. i.e. HDD Controller failure at high load, is there a BIOS upgrade for the Motherboard or Driver upgrade.

Did you supply the PC, if not ask the client to have it looked at, some cheap clone machines do have problems at high load. Could even be problem with video or other driver.

P.S. Remember that this is the only site in hundreds that this occurs. It is a site related problem.
